Paying your Credit Cards Each Month

  The single most important thing you can do once your credit card applications have been approved and you have received your credit cards to ensure you pay your bill on time each and every month.  Paying your bill on time means by the due date.  Missing it by a a day or two enough times will catch up to you and your credit history.

  The best practice I have found is to set up an automatic payment where the minimum payment will be automatically transferred from your checking account each month.  If you do this for all your credit cards, you will ensure your credit score remains good.  There is no reason anymore not to do this, it is easy to set up and then you do not have to sorry about missing a payment.  You can always make another payment at some other point in the month if you want to make more than just the minimum payment.  Keep your credit score good will help for getting future credit card applications, loans and mortgages approved.

  If you have good credit now it is much easier to keep it that way than to have to try and repair it at some later date.  Pay your credit cards on time each month and then you can fill out any future credit card applications without any stress.
